Victor is a superhero, solving all my problems with a smile. Climbers Home has everything you need - from a cozy lounge to a rooftop bar. Free breakfast, airport shuttle, and a terrace with a view. Delightful!
So charming, having to say no every time I stepped out. Truly an unforgettable experience.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to buses and nearby shops, restaurants, and ATMs. It was great being able to explore the town and its attractions within walking distance. the rooftop bar/restaurant/common area provided a comfortable and spacious spot to relax and enjoy the view. I particularly enjoyed the food offered in their restaurant, which was both tasty and reasonably priced.
the cleanliness of the bathrooms was a concern, especially considering the limited space available. It would have been more enjoyable if these areas were better maintained.

The value for money was great, and I got upgraded to a better room for the same price due to the dormitory being full. The location was convenient with lots of restaurants and tuk tuks nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast menu could have been improved with more options.

Great location in the centre, close to the bus station. Kind and helpful receptionist who also works at the restaurant in the mornings. - Very kind housekeeper. - Cheap and convenient hostel with spacious rooms and hot water. - Amazing rooftop terrace with beautiful views. - Delicious and affordable food. - Extremely kind and helpful hosts who can arrange budget safaris. - Manager went above and beyond to help guests, including providing shoes for a spontaneous Kilimanjaro climb. - Nice girl from the catering prepared breakfast to go for early departures. - Manager organized transportation and made sure guests had a comfortable stay. - Good value for money with decent wifi and breakfast included.
Felt relaxed, no complaints at all.

We were amazed by the stunning view of Kilimanjaro from the terrace at Climbers Home. The mosquito net in our room was in perfect condition, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. We appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant on-site, where we could grab drinks without having to leave the hostel. The staff had a good command of English and were able to assist us effectively.
I wish we had more time to explore nearby destinations like Uganda and Kenya. It would have been nice to have more variety in the breakfast options, including additional fruits and veggies.

The room at Climbers Home was cozy and comfortable, with a private entrance and a cool tile floor that kept me refreshed. It had a simple yet functional layout, with a desk for writing and a wardrobe to store my belongings. The daily housekeeping was a nice touch, ensuring that everything was clean and tidy.
Personally, I found the daily housekeeping a bit intrusive as I prefer my privacy.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. And the price was unbeatable, making it a great option for budget travelers. the rooftop terrace was a pleasant surprise, offering stunning views and delicious food and beers.
The shared bathroom was not what we expected. It was inconvenient having to walk past reception every time we needed to shower.

The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere, with lovely decorations throughout. The communal areas were well-kept and easily accessible, making it convenient for senior people like myself to move around. The children working there were always willing to assist and make sure I felt comfortable during my stay.
I would have liked to see more options for senior activities or amenities tailored specifically for older guests.

Unbelievable price-quality ratio! Cozy, clean place with super-friendly staff. Manager hooks you up with best excursion prices. No need for travel agencies! Room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast came an hour early for our convenience. Manager helped us get shoes for free! Catering girl also amazing - prepared breakfast to go when we had to leave early. Perfect location in the town center with jaw-dropping rooftop restaurant views. Room was basic but great value for money. Just a few small issues, but overall fantastic for budget travelers.

I absolutely loved the decor of Climbers Home. The common areas were beautifully designed with vibrant colors and cozy furniture, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I really appreciate when a hotel takes the extra effort to make their spaces accessible and comfortable for older guests. Climbers Home had well-lit hallways and ramps throughout the property, making it easy for me to navigate around without any trouble.
I would have appreciated if the children working there could have been more attentive to the needs of senior guests. A better vacation experience for us would have been if there were handrails installed in the bathrooms and showers.

The location is very convenient, allowing you to easily walk to nearby attractions and services. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and clean linens. the shared bathrooms generally have toilet paper and are kept clean.
The noise from the streets at night can be bothersome, and the rooms can get a bit hot even with the small fan provided.
